I had been searching all over the web for a baker's rack that fit a small space with high design and functionality. I finally decided on this one. It was priced well, [...] All the major pieces came wrapped well, except for the screws, they weren't in a sealed bag, so I needed to make sure all the screws were accounted for before I started to assemble it. There were only 2 things I didn't like: 1. The one page instruction sheet was aweful, they are not clear at all and it does look like a poorly copied piece of paper; 2. On two of the pieces, it felt as if the screws were too small to fit securely into the metal bars, so I needed to "rig" it safely myself, luckily the problem screws were attaching decorative items, not structural ones.Overall, I am happy with the purchase, and I would buy it again. It enhances my kitchen decor and think it is a great buy. Website had good service as well.

Having a small galley kitchen and needing extra space for a microwave and other small appliances was a problem that my bakers rack solved. It's in a hallway just next to the kitchen so it's important that it's sturdy, attractive, and looks like it coordinates with the kitchen design. I love it. It helps keep many things for the kitchen easy to use. The assembly of the rack was somewhat difficult and directions not always clear. [...]

The instructions looked like someone ran a copy of an old copy, you could hardly read it. Nothing verbal, just an exploded diagram. Thank God I'm an Engineer! The inside threaded rods strip too easily, I would reccommend pemserts or something permanent.

I loved the look and stability of this product. It fits well and looks awesome. Be careful when assembling not to tighten to much or you can strip the screws.Wait until completely assembled then tighten if necessary. Product is very stable so don't over tighten the screws.
